The Faculty Association of AIIMS (FAIMS) is the official representative body of the faculty members of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Established to safeguard academic freedom and faculty welfare, FAIMS plays a central role in shaping the institutional culture of one of India's most prestigious medical schools.
